What is a customer and partner training LMS?
A customer and partner training LMS is a learning platform for people outside your organisation: customers learning your product, dealers and resellers who must be certified to sell or install it, and partners who need to keep up with changes. Continuum Learn is a UK-built LMS that delivers this on a branded site, from £49 a month with no user minimum.
External learners behave differently from employees. They arrive from your website, your product or a partner portal, they learn when it suits them, and many will only ever take one course. Continuum Learn gives them a branded learning site on your domain, sign-in with their existing accounts through single sign-on, and courses you can also embed in your own website or export as SCORM for a partner's LMS.
Put each dealer, region or customer tier in its own group with the courses it should see, award certificates when partners complete accreditation, and run live product launches and training sessions that are streamed and recorded inside the platform. Charge for premium courses or recordings through Stripe, or give them away.
Used by UK organisations to train members, customers and industry partners, including BAMA's Level 1 and Level 2 programmes

Customer & partner training: common questions
What is the difference between an employee LMS and a customer training LMS?
An employee LMS assumes every user is on your HR system and must complete mandatory training. A customer or partner training LMS assumes learners arrive from outside, need a branded experience, may pay for courses and should be grouped by company, region or tier. Continuum Learn is built for the second case.
Is there a minimum number of users?
No. Continuum Learn starts at £49 a month for up to 50 active learners, with no user minimum and no annual contract. Enterprise customer-education platforms often start from 300 users.
Can each partner have its own portal?
Each partner or region can have its own group with its own courses and reporting, inside one branded site. If you need dozens of fully separate portals with their own branding and administrators, an enterprise platform such as LearnUpon is built for that; see our LearnUpon comparison.
Can we put the training on our own website?
Yes. Run the learning site on your own domain, embed guides into your website as search-friendly HTML, connect WordPress with our plugin, or export courses as SCORM for a partner's LMS.
Can we charge for courses?
Yes. Sell courses, bundles and event recordings through your own Stripe account, and keep onboarding free.
