What is LMS reporting?
LMS reporting is the set of reports that show who has enrolled, how far they have got, what they scored and what that means for the course. Continuum Learn gives team admins course and learner reports, quiz and survey results, programme completion, user activity and live-event viewing, with CSV export on the main ones.
Start at Manage > Reporting. Course Results lists your courses with counts for enrolled, completed, attended and accessed, and each course opens a learner table with percentage complete, attendance, certificate status and any custom sign-up fields you choose to show. You can search, pick the columns, and download the table. Quiz results and survey responses sit on the same course page.
Which LMS reports matter most? Most training teams need four answers: who has completed and who has not, how learners scored, which questions or lessons are causing trouble, and whether the training is being used at all. Learner progress covers the first, quiz results the second and third, and the User Activity and Watch Reporting pages the last. Where a regulator or funder needs evidence, the CSV downloads and numbered certificates provide it.
There are limits. The reports are a fixed set with column choices, not a report builder, and nothing is emailed on a schedule. There is no xAPI or LRS export. If you need data in a BI tool, the CSV files are the route today. See also programme certificates and LMS with surveys.

Results for every course
Enrolled, completed, attended and accessed for each course, with filters by date and a download. Open any course for the learner table.
Programme completion at a glance
Registrants, completers, completion rate, average days to complete, awards and revocations for each programme, with a CSV for each.
Whether the training is being used
User Activity shows active users, activity totals and daily trends across learning, logins, enrolments and email engagement.
Find questions that need a closer look
See each learner's attempts with score and pass or fail, plus pass rate, average score and the percentage who answered each question correctly.
Why reporting built into the LMS helps
When reports read the same records as the courses, you do not reconcile spreadsheets.
See each learner's progress
Open a course and see every enrolled learner with percent complete, attendance and certificate status, then download it.
Find the question that trips people up
See how often each question was answered correctly across the attempts in which it appeared, then review the question or the lesson behind it.
Evidence for funders and regulators
Completion reports, programme completion and numbered certificates give you records you can export and hand over.
Live and on-demand viewing too
Watch Reporting covers viewers, watch time, completions and revenue for live and on-demand events. Course progress is in Course Results.
Who relies on these reports
Compliance and safety training
Check who has completed, who has passed the quiz and who still has to, then export the course table as a record.
Membership bodies and associations
Track member completion across courses and programmes, and see which events are being watched. See member training LMS.
Course authors improving content
Use the question breakdown and survey responses to see where learners struggle and what they thought of the course.

Frequently asked questions
What reports does an LMS need?
At minimum: who has enrolled and completed, how learners scored, and whether the training is being used. Continuum Learn covers these with course results, quiz and survey results, user activity and programme reporting, and adds viewing and revenue reports for live events. If you need something custom, export the CSV and build it in your own tool.
Can I see quiz results per question?
Yes. The question breakdown shows the percentage correct across the submitted attempts in which each question appeared. Retakes count again, so it is not a percentage of distinct learners. The screen also shows attempts, learner counts, pass rate, average score and individual attempt results. It does not show which wrong answer was chosen.
Can I set a pass mark on a quiz?
Yes. On each quiz you choose whether passing is required and the pass score as a percentage. Courses can also require quiz passes before they count as complete, which is what certificates are based on.
Does it support question banks?
Yes. Questions can be kept in reusable question banks under Create, and a quiz can draw a set number of questions from one or more banks for each attempt.
Can I export LMS reports to CSV?
Yes, on the main ones: the course learner table, the courses summary, programme reports, survey responses, the unenrolment report, event watch reporting and the user reports. The quiz results screen is for viewing, not download.
Can I schedule reports to be emailed?
No. Reports are run and downloaded from Manage > Reporting. There is no scheduled email delivery, custom report builder or xAPI or LRS export today.
Can I report on live events and webinars?
Yes. Watch Reporting and each event's analytics tab show unique viewers, watch time, peak concurrent viewers, completions, purchases and revenue, with a trend chart and CSV export. See LMS with live streaming.
Can learners see their own results?
Yes. Learners have a results page showing their courses and progress and any programme certificates they have earned. Presenters can see progress and quiz results for the courses they present, without learners' email addresses.
What is the difference between LMS reporting and LMS analytics?
Reporting shows records such as enrolments, completions and quiz attempts. Analytics helps you read patterns in those records. Continuum includes question breakdowns, activity trends and event analytics alongside fixed reports. It does not include a custom dashboard or report builder.
